Week of January 7th – January 13th

This Meal Plan is based off of the Weight Watchers Point Plus system with a goal of 26 points a day.

Monday

Breakfast – Fruit Smoothie (4 pts.)

Lunch –  Healthy Choice Herb Chicken Meal (6 pts.)

Snack – Peanut Butter Protein Rice Crispy Treats  (6 pts.), Grapes (0 pts.)

Dinner – Lasagna Roll Ups  (6 pts.), Side Salads with Dressing (2 pts.)

Tuesday

Breakfast – Eggo Waffles (3 for 6 pts.), Bananas (0 pts.)

Lunch –Leftover Lasagna Roll Up (3 pts.), Sara Lee Bread toasted with 1 Tbsp. butter and garlic salt (5 pts.)

Snack – Reduced Calorie Granola Bar (3 pts.)

Dinner – Turkey Shepherd’s Pie (5 pts.), Broccoli Cauliflower Salad with Bacon (2 pts.)

Wednesday

Snack – Nabisco 100 Calorie Pack (3 pts.), Banana (0 pts.)

Dinner – Baked Parmesan & Herb Chicken (4 pts.), Broccoli & Cheese Casserole (3 pts.)
